Smoked Taco is run under a partnership by Joseph Amtower and Hawa Hamidi.

Smoked Taco was founded in Morgantown, West Virginia and currently operates as an independent private food establishment. We distribute our product at food markets, festivals, and private catering events. The handcrafted tacos are the primary menu item. We smoke the meats with care using the low and slow method. Smoked Taco will bring together the delicacy of Texas barbeque and Mexican culture into one.
